Yesterday, I was having a very challenging day at a Baltimore project. I later arrived home to see a friend sent me this…… a King Cake. Yay!!! This was new to me. I had not heard of a “King Cake” until last week. I immediately read the directions, opened the box, popped it in the microwave for 10 seconds and yum, yum!! Another piece, another piece —- then Doc comes home. He has a piece, then another for me and this continues ALL NIGHT!! We (ok,,,mostly me) ate the whole damn cake in 1 day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank-you my friend @secretasian1 for introducing me to this delicious treat!! @sucreneworleans ???
