What To Expect

When a potential home seller makes an appointment to discuss selling their home, we are typically asked two questions prior to the visit-

“How long will this take?”  (Approximately 1 hour.)

“Are you going to take photos?” (If you decide to list with us, we will schedule a professional photographer for a follow-up visit.)

We will then review comparable sales, discuss your motivations, time lines and pricing options, the marketing strategy for your property, and answer any questions you may have.
